WELCOME TO THE FA CHARTER STANDARD DEVELOPMENT CLUB OF THE YEAR 06/07

YOUR CLUB RULES

  1. We ask that whilst a member of the club, players parents and supporters must abide by the rules set out by the club. Failure to do so will result in expulsion. The club reserve the right to except or refuse any membership application. Please read, complete sign and return any form or document that is issued by the club. This includes all medical & registration forms, this will allow our first responce staff to administer emergecy first aid if required until the correct emergency services arrive.
  2. The club will not tolerate any bad behaviour, threats either verbal or violent, from players,parents or supporters nor will we accept any racial insults to anyone no matter what colour,creed,or religious belifs. All act of violence will be reported to the police. The club will act on any cases of bullying,fighting or swearing, this includes bad behaviour towards any club official, officials from any visiting club, any match official and supporters, spectators and members of the public
  3. It is very important that all players attend every match & training session. The club may dismiss any player who repeatedly misses any session. The club runs a 3 strike and out system, any player who does not adhere to the clubs rules will be issued with a strike and their parents will be informed, after the 3rd strike the member will be asked to leave the club. a) You must inform you team manager/coach if you are unable to attend any session. b) Any player found to be disruptive during any match, training session or club event will be asked to sit out of that session. c) Please respect the club staff, pay attention to them at all times. All the staff are volunteers and give their time up for you, so please respect them.
  4. If you have any grievence, you must follow the clubs grievence procedure; Inform the clubs Head Of Football as soon as possible or any member of the club staff/committee. They will report any problems you may have, we will then write to you informing you of any action or decision that has been made. We will not accept any person shouting,swearing,or making their personal grievences known to any club staff or in front of any other players and parents 
  5. Please make sure your child is suitably dressed for all matches and training sessions: always be prepared for cold, wet weather. Please make sure shin protection is worn at all sessions, players found not wearing shin protection will be asked to sit out of that session or match. Please refrain from sharing drinks bottles as this can rapidly spread infection and disease. Personal drinking bottles will be supplied for match days only, containing water only.
  6. Please turn up promply for all training and matches. Being late for matches could result in the player missing the match registration deadline. We always depend on support from parents to help putting up and taking down goals & nets etc, Please offer your help if possible.
  7. If you are in receipt of any club kit or equipment, please make sure it is kept in good clean condition. You will be asked to pay for all lost or stolen items. If at any time you wish to leave the club please make sure all kit is returned and your sub's are paid up to date, the club has the right to block any transfer to any club or academy until all outstanding matters are concluded. Rule 8 paragraph [c] YEL/Notts FA.
  8. When joining the club we must stress,we do not guarantee any player league football. Each manager will pick players he/she deems ready and capable on a match to match basis, however the club will try to arrange extra games as often as possible so all players can enjoy competitive football. The manager will make his/her decision to the best of their ability, please show your support and do not disagree with their decision.
  9. We do ask for full support from family & friends on all match days, but please refrain from shouting out orders to the players. We all get a little excited or frustrated from time to time but the children can get very confused when supporters shout one thing and the manager shouts another. After each game both sides receive an official mark from 1-10 by the opposing team manager, this mark is to show the sportsmanship of the players, manager and supporters,please do not give any team any reason to mark our tean down, we could lose points or get thrown out of the league for bad disapline.
  10. Please make sure you can arrange for someone to drop off & pick up your child prior to & after all session/games. We can not be held responcible for players who make their own way to & from sessions. You must not leave any player without first speaking to the person in charge of that session to make sure the session will go ahead & what time it is due to end.
  11. Please make sure all subscriptions are paid on time and kept up to date. you can pay weekly or monthly by cheque made payable to Netherfield Boys F.C.
  12. The club is affiliated to the Nottinghamshire Football Association and carries Public Liability Insurance and a Individual Players Policy. If you wish to make any claims, please contact the club Treasurer. If you wish to view the club accounts, again contact the Treasurer.
  13. The club conform to a strict child protection policy were we make sure the childrens welfare comes first. We ask that all vehicles used to transport children have adequate insurance, valid MOT certificate and road tax. All children to be  seat belted in, booster seats used if under height or under 12 yrs of age. Please adhere to Road Traffic Act new rules and regulations. The vehicle must be road worthy, never overloaded and the driver is free from any drugs and alcohol. The club has 3 child protection officers who are trained to help deal with any problems you may have. c) Remove any of the rules
